Thomas Frank: Democrats Need to Learn to Discuss Class Issues Again

Here, from The Times (TimesSelect registration required - ugh):

THOMAS FRANK

Rendezvous With Oblivion
Everything I have written about in this space points to the same conclusion: Democratic leaders must learn to talk about class issues again.
I think Thomas Frank raises some decent issues here as he has before.

However, I do not feel that Democrats are alone in the strange relationship and communication about class issues. In fact, I think the "new" GOP (the face of Karl Rove, Bush, Cheney, Norquist, etc.) engage in an extremely morally bankrupt view of class while simultaneously accusing Dems of practicing class wars.
