Why We Went to Iraq: To Hand Their Oil Wealth to American Gas and Energy Companies

In an article entitled "Oil Pressure", Greg Muttitt at Foreign Policy in Focus gives a rather comprehensive run down (oh, wait, run down is what Bush did to Iraq) of how Mr. Bush went into the country with the third most oil reservoirs (Iraq), carved it up to hand off to American gas and energy companies like ExxonMobil, Unocal (just ask India how wonderful Unocal is), and ChevronTexaco.

Today, Iraqis have to IMPORT gas and oil... all thanks to George W. Bush.

Yeah, let's elect MORE oilmen like Bush and Cheney. There must be SOME part of the world they have not destroyed yet.
