Nuremburg Prosecutor: Case to Be Made for Trying Bush as War Criminal

This is important:

A Nuremberg chief prosecutor says there is a case for trying Bush for the 'supreme crime against humanity, an illegal war of aggression against a sovereign nation.'
Lest you think I'm gloating, this is hardly the case.

Bush may act with wanton disregard for the will of the people and the U.S. Constitution, but if he is found guilty of war crimes, we are all culpable. This is why we can never afford to allow people in power to act separately from the will of the people, the order of law, or the standards of basic human decency, in war or outside it.
