Government Says It Will End No-Bid Contract Sweetheart Deals With Halliburton

Yeah, right, sure.

Saying and doing have always been distinctly different creatures, but this administration - whose VP just happens to be Halliburton's former $128M a year CEO - has repeatedly broken all the rules with handing Halliburton these sweetheart no-bid contracts. So why, oh why please should we believe it will end them now?

No, they'll just hand more contracts to Halliburton but, like before, claim they had to hand it off without a bit for expediency's sake. And with no regard to the fact that Halliburton routinely massively overbills and drastically underperforms.
