The Cowardice of Her "Convictions: Condoleeza Rice

We have had some really good people in the job of Secretary of State and some very poor ones, with probably the majority falling somewhere in between. Yet we have never had a Secretary of State like Condi Rice... and her distinctions are NOT positive.

Had Ms. Rice (I don't believe she earns the title Dr. anymore than she deserved any of the positions she has ever held with the government or academia) been a little more concerned with the lives in Lebanon last week and a little less with her recital in Rome, perhaps hundreds of lives more would NOT have been lost this week. Perhaps she wouldn't have had to schedule a second trip within a week.

And perhaps she certainly wouldn't have to CANCEL her trip to Lebanon after Israel took 54 lives today in airstrikes. Condi is a corrupt, incompetent coward whose only allegiance is to President Bush. The blood of these civilians can be found not only on the hands of Israeli politicians, but also on the hands of Rice and Bush.
