Can you make heads or tails out of this story? Right now, it just sounds like puffery wrapped up to look like a major anti-terror bust and designed to give George Pataki another speaking op. He kept referencing the Lackawanna Six, but that also seems to be a case of people that may have been associated with the wrong people yet had taken no action against US interests.

BUT.. in light of this comes news that terrorist training camps along the Pakistan border are back in operation.
