The Nightmare World of Those The Bushes Detain But Don't Charge in Guantamo Bay (Gitmo)

The Washington Post details the terrible struggle being endured by six Algerians who were picked up and popped into Gitmo sometime back by the Bushies and, while charged were dropped or never placed on them, these men cannot get released.

This story is horrible enough. But Gitmo is filled with men like this... people (not all of them adults even) who disappear from their homes or businesses, get through into Guantanamo Bay, and receive nothing but hell (no charges, no release, often no way to talk face to face with lawyers to champion their cases).

This is NOT the American way. And the Supreme Court - one terribly usurped by the Bushies' two miserable assignments of Robers and Alito - says this is not constitutional either. Yet it continues.
