Kos: Torture is Not a Partisan Issue

Over at Red State, both John Cole and Josh Trevino (Tacitus) lash out at the trivialization (and even celebration) of prisoner torture.

It's worth noting that both Cole and Trevino are veterans (funny how it's the veterans on the Right who are most outraged at the torture allegations). And while we disagree vehemetly on the war. They support it, I oppose it. There is consensus between us that torture is not what America stands for.

There are issues that can legitimately be fought for partisan gain. This isn't one of them. Too much is at stake.
