Look "Homophobe Bigoted Smarmhead" Up in the Dictionary and You See Bill Donahue's Picture

He's on (God forbid) Joe Scarborough right now saying that all the bigots (he seemed to get his "ot"s mixed up at one point because I swear he almost uttered the word "faggot") are going nuts blaming the Pope for stuff like AIDS in Africa and homos hurting kids in America.

THEN the Catholic League's favorite nutjob goes on to say isn't it pretty interesting that in South Africa "where everybody uses condoms ALL the time - nobody would ever have sex there without a condom, we all know that" (paraphrasing because I didn't take dictation) the place has 70% of the population infected with AIDS.

Really? South Africans with no resources all use condoms ALL THE TIME? The place where many think that having sex with a virgin (and because rape is so prevalent, they often use a 4-5 year old child for this) will cure one of AIDS? Where everybody is terribly, terribly poor?

Because here in the US, not enough people use condoms although most have the funds to buy them. While condoms are not fool proof, they are have an exponentially better success rate than abstinence pledges.

But people like Mr. Donahue don't want condoms sold or used. Because it makes perfect bloody sense that God gave us the beauty of our bodies and minds so that we would only ever have sex except 1) when we're married and 2) only then when you want to conceive a child.

Which means what? All sex stops at age 39 or whenever a woman's fertility fails? Not for the "family values" men who seem to either take mistresses or dump the mature wife for a 20-something bimbo.
