U.S. "Outrage" Over Israeli Claims of "Green Light" in Lebanon

I don't think it's any accident that this BBC piece formats outrage between quotation marks. I think the entire world - and possibly far more than myself right here in the U.S. - looks with jaded eye upon the Bushies' claim they did not give Israel to go-ahead to commit whatever atrocities they wanted in Lebanon in the name of the wipe-out of Hezbollah (which simply won't happen).

What's that old saying? Oh yeah.. it goes like this:

Me thinks thou doth protest too much.
