Well, I'm not sure I would go quite that far. I do believe, however, that her PhD is in brown nosing and suckup. She definitely demonstrates no real understanding of foreign powers, diplomacy, national security, and all those other little, insignificant matters to which Mr. Bush keeps appointing her to lead (insert expletive here).
