Karl Rove: A Few Questions

Would anyone care to explain to me how Karl Rove no longer works on White House policy management and is strictly working on GOP-only material for the 2006 elections YET:

• still has his top security clearance
• still gets to ride everywhere on Air Force One
• apparently still gets paid by the taxpayers
• still attends White House policy meetings and press conferences
• still has a White House office

None of those things should occur with his GOP-only job.
