A Grave and Utterly Avoidable Statistic

We have now reached 2,000 official US military deaths in Iraq.
More than 80% of the deaths have occurred since Mr. Bush declared "Mission Accomplished" and active combat over in May, 2003.
It is estimated that no less than between 30,000 and more than 100,000 Iraqi civilians with no known link to insurgency have died. And we don't prove the links to the others.
