After American intelligence officials insisted that at least one picture of the Prudential Financial complex in Newark came from January of this year, we're now hearing that Prudential officials say that they see nothing in those photos more recent than 2001.

As for who is going to pay the bill for the $1.5 million in just NYC and just for police overtime, NY officials say Washington DC. Which means we all will.

That's going to be hard to do if it's legitimate. And if it's illegitimate?
