Eerie Similarities Between Anti-Terror Reports?

NBC News in New York (wnbc.com) is airing a special report tonight from Jonathan Dienst stating that a report commissioned by the first George Bush after the bombing of the Panam flight in 1989 is remarkably similar to the report results published by the 9-11 Commission.

In other words, through three presidents (including two of them Bushes, which adds up to like a whole quarter of a real president) and fourteen years, nothing was done.

Perhaps in 2118, there will be a third report, citing the exact same things. By then, Americans won't be able to leave their jobs or homes without court permission.
