Bush's Speech Today Is About as Reassuring As....

Well, I can't quite think of the word, but it's not good.

His setting up a national security czar, after insisting we didn't need one, doesn't strike me great. All we need are more clueless political appointees (I think the commission meant a real, knowledgeable person).
