Despite Power-Hungry Bushies, Iraq More in the Dark Than Ever

According to this article in Newsday, the level of sustained electrical power in Iraq - never a problem before we invaded - has now dropped substantially. In other words, Baghdad and other places are often in the dark while we pay shitloads of money to Halliburton and other contractors to run what the evil dictator Saddam managed to supply with no problem.

Gee, why is that?
