Mitt Romney, Mass Gov, to be Named Katrina Czar?

Josh Marshall at Talking Points Memo has this.

But let me ask a question: just how MANY different bosses are in charge of Katrina? I can name 5-6 now, aside from Karl Rove who took over for Dick Cheney who took over for Bush who didn't do anything except photo ops. Then we're paying some big contractor to shadow the work of the folks in charge of Katrina.

And yet the whole Katrina situation remains an abyssmal mess, all the WH press reports to the contrary not being exactly true (quel surprise!).
