Progressive Blog Alliance

As you may have noticed if you scroll down on the right, you'll see the roster now for the Progressive Blog Alliance.

Some of you who know me know I'm not much of a "joiner". I have to believe in the goals, and the other participants (and not feel too ashamed of everyone else in a group) before I'll consider anything.

But when Diana at Democracy for California suggested it to me last fall, it sounded like a great idea. And the more I looked at other participants I know - including David Anderson of In Search of Utopia, the aforementioned Diana, Karlo at SwerveLeft, Nick Lewis, the wonderful Mad Kane, and Majikthise and Roxanne at Rox Populi who I've only recently discovered - all people for whom I have tremendous respect and admiration, I signed on the virtual line.

I look forward to getting to know some of the other participants in the alliance as we go, and I figure it's a nice way to give readers exposure to some additional blogs they have not perused yet.
