More blood in Baghdad

A car bomb near a U.S. military installation has killed 12 Iraqis -- eight civilians and four police officers -- and wounded 13 others in Baghdad, coalition sources said. Also Sunday, Iraqi cultural affairs attaché Kamal al-Jarah was killed near his Baghdad home. That killing came just hours after Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Bassam Salih Kubba was shot to death in an ambush.
