Another Bush War: The "No Poor Black Person Left Behind in New Orleans" Act

And yet another claim tendered by the Bush Administration that New Orleans is bigger and better than ever before thanks to the Bushie's "hard work" after Hurricane Katrina is nothing more than happy horseshit.

The Bushies' definition of better apparently means that poor blacks and Indians and others of color will no longer be welcome in a city that is being sold to mega corps, where public schools and charity hospitals and clinics will be just an historical note. Public schools, public housing, employment, medical care for any but the wealthiest residents are all in crisis in New Orleans.
