Rumsfeld: Our Condolences to Afghanistan on His Visit

Our advice to the Afghans: don't worry, the Secretary of Defense for the U.S. will leave soon; after all, he helped make your country even less stable than it was when we arrived in October 2001 and there is no way he will linger long in a war of his own making.

Just don't believe a word he says. We don't! But feel free to use any manure he dessiminates for agricultural purposes. He probably won't mind if it's used for opium crops since he's almost directly responsible for the fact that opium production has NEVER been higher than since we (as in he) took over operations there!
