Why Are People of Lebanon Moving Toward Support of Hezbollah?

Put quite simply: where else can they go for help against the attacks from Israel? Lebanese civilians have no one fighting to protect them except Hezbollah, they feel.

While Israel has destroyed the infrastructure and kept food and medical supplies and fuel from getting where they need to go, Hezbollah is providing them.

This is not to excuse Hezbollah. But where else would these people possibly go for help? I don't notice the United States there to help.
