Forbes Article on How U.S. and Allies Differ on Cease Fire Deal for Lebanon

If you've read this piece in Forbes about how the U.S. and its allies are divided in terms and language for a possible cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah to end the deaths in Lebanon and in Northern Israel, perhaps you'd translate.

To me, all this piece does is spew Condi Rice's platitudes while giving almost no substance whatsoever to the terms of the cease fire which, when I read them in a paper abroad, has the US crafting a plan where all the concessions are on Hezbollah's side, with Israel given a pass. Hezbollah will never agree to it, which makes me wonder if that's not the whole point to what the Bush Administration wants to accomplish: make it impossible to reach a truce to justify attacking those like Iran and Syria the Bushies insist fund Hezbollah and Hamas (although they fund them far less than we do Israel's military).
