Not a Republican? Then Bush Doesn't Need to Hear From You

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said yesterday that President Bush’s policy of excluding non-Republicans from town-hall meetings on Social Security reform was “not an American thing to do.”
The so-called town-hall meetings are only open to registered GOP voters and party activists.

Perhaps that is how Mr. Bush plans to "save" Social Security: you can only collect if you have proof you voted for him directly so he didn't have to steal your vote by paying Diebold.
