Formatting Goes Foo-Foo

Uh... my formatting has gone so nuts you would almost think the Bush Administration had a hand in it (yet, unlike the Bush Administration, it hasn't occurred to me to blame it on Bill Clinton).

If I don't get it fixed tonight, I will tomorrow.
