Dept of Homeland (In)Security: Catching Osama Bin Laden Is Not a Failure, But "A Success That Hasn't Occured Yet"
I'm reminded by the Daily Show's Jon Stewart just now of co-chair of the Homeland Security Council (and we just have sooo many things to thank them - not to mention the manufacturers of duct tape - for), Frances Townsend, that the fact the Bushies have not yet caught Osama bin Laden (and yes, that's Osama bin Laden and NOT Barack Obama - please pay attention, CNN) is not a failure.
