Is Federal Antiterrorism Money (Read: Your Tax Dollars) Going To Protect The Most Deserving?

Oh, sure it is. I'm positive our antiterrorism bucks are well spent. I'm sure this is at least as true as that President Bush is deserving of the Nobel Peace Prize and that I'd make an excellent country-western singer ("Drop kick me, Jesus, through the goal posts of li---iii---ife!").
