The newly crafted (and crafty) detainees bill passed by Congress which effectively kills the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and chops the hands off anyone who dares request looks like a real beaut. Once the Supremes decided the Bushies current way of handling military prisoners was NOT constitional, Bush simply went to Congress and told them what to do.
