Telling Sciafe's Henchmen to Shove It
Joe Conason brings us some deeper background into the much-reported occasion of Teresa Heinz Kerry telling a PA editorial writer to "shove it". Considering what I've read, I'm surprised she didn't boot him in the ass with her heel.
