Possible Applicants for British Court Jester

With England looking for its first official Court Jester since 1649 (the successful candidate must supply his own cutesy uniform complete with jingle bells), I'd like to suggest the following candidates:

* Rush Limbaugh (he's like Falstaff, only completely dislikable)
* Newt Gingrich (even his name is assinine and besides, newts are usually friendly and non-lethal which Gingrich is not)
* Richard Perle (I'd pay to see him in the outfit, wouldn't you?)
* Paul Wolfowitz (of course, he really has to stop licking his comb first - that could put people off)
* Donald Rumsfelt (really, he'd be perfect!)
* Condi Rice (she's not funny, but if her president would enjoy it, she would do it for him; there is NOTHING she won't do for him)
* George Bush (hopefully, he'll have some time on his hands after 11-2)
