When
Negroponte gets appointed top dog in Iraq, I suspect even the most hopeful Iraqi will consider their goose cooked. We freed Iraq apparently simply to turn it over to Halliburton, Bechtel, the criminal Chalabi, and the human rights abuser Negroponte.
