Phenomenon of Rich Tax Cheats Waaay Out of Control

Remember how I posted last week that Bush was about to dump a big percentage of the auditors who normally would check out possible fraud with the very rich among Americans?

Well, on the heels of this is a report that says these rich tax cheats are committing tax fraud at alarming new rates. This information certainly would have been available to the Bushies before they made the decision to cut auditors, which probably tells you who Mr. Bush expects to pay the lion's share of taxes: the poor and the middle class.
